Niraj is a worst professional. No ethics. No quality in executing a project. No time deadline. But is very religious in collecting ad, vance payment. Customer should not ask for job quality or job completion. Niraj is expert in fooling customers. We had to force him to handover our apartment. Within two months, his job quality started showing up. The bathroom interiors crashed. The bedroom wardrobe fittings were changed. The kitchen platforms are uneven and need to be broken down. Niraj has no experience in spacing kitchen equipments. He took thirty lakhs and seven months and yet could not do justice with our project and payments. Now he refuses to show up to rectify his damages and is asking for more money....He is a shitty person. Has no experience in designing space.
